Head of Company and Business Development Manager in Automotive Racing

Job Description :

As the head of the company and business development manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, overseeing the development of the core activities : Cross Car & Rally.

Our market is international and global, offering exciting opportunities for expansion.

 Your duties will include :

• Acting as the hierarchical head of the company and overseeing team management and coordination among all departments, including Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics and Workshop.
• Serving as the ambassador of the company and being the primary point of contact for current and new projects.
• Leading the development of racing programs, including customer base expansion and identifying new opportunities in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Establishing and nurturing strong, enduring client relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinating the procurement and acquisition of all necessary equipment, parts, and supplies to support the race team program, while implementing effective sourcing strategies.
• Managing budgets and being accountable for profit and loss.
• Contributing to the company’s expansion and potential building construction depending on business development.

Qualifications :

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Experience in automotive race team management, powersports, a race shop environment and/or events business.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
• Strong team player with the ability to maintain a positive team spirit.
• Willingness to travel as required and flexibility to work on selected weekends.
• Knowledge of French, English. German and Dutch is a plus.
