Key responsibilities

  • Development marketing toolbox for central led campaigns (in collaboration with external agencies, preparation launch materials) 
  •  Marcom support and consulting to regions/ countries – identifying synergies
  • Regional enhancement and further development of the Global Partner Program into an Ecosystem 
  • Support for central initiatives (e.g. Commercial Excellence, CRM implementation,…)
  • Strategic development of marketing activities in alliance with our Corporate Strategy 
  • Act as an interface between departments like Internal Communication, Sustainability, Product & Application Team, Technical Team,… 
  • Providing ad-hoc support, e.g. visuals, files, photos,…. 
  • Represent the interests of Central Marketing in the packaging and labelling process. Make sure that packaging and labelling will be executed according the agreed guidelines.

  • Strong project manager (agile project management) 
  • Positive attitude and able to sell our Group projects to the regions
  • Entrepreneur spirit, able to work autonomous
  • Experience in collaboration with marketing agencies (preparation briefings etc.) 
  • Able to functionally lead and convince team(s) around him/her in matrix organizations
  • Strong business understanding
  • Team player 
  • Open to change
  • Flexible
  • Experience in construction materials sector (key words : marketing, sales, installers, distributors, architects, diffuse market, project business, solution selling, multi-channel) 
  • Experiences in CRM implementation would be an asset
  • Deep understanding of the different target groups 
  • MBA degree with focus on marketing, business economics or comparable 
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar sales & marketing position 
  • Able to operate internationally (min. 20% travelling)
  • Fluent in English 
  • German and/or French, although not mandatory, a distinct asset
