DESCRIPTION
For the development of the Belgian market, Altélios Technology Group is looking for a Recruitment Officer to work directly and dynamically with the head office in Paris to recruit associate consultants in the industrial and tertiary sectors.
The Recruitment Officer will become the direct interface with the clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analysis of the proposed projects and the constraints of choosing the most suitable profiles,
Interface with the candidates to assess their suitability,
Management of advertisements and publications,
Identifying the best talent on job boards and social networks,
Accompanying candidates to interviews,
Proposal and implementation of actions leading to the respect of the objectives,
Administrative support for recruitment,
Follow-up and support for new employees,
Reporting and feeding the group’s CRM.
The candidate will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of consultants in Belgium in line with current and future projects.
The Recruitment Officer will be able to develop his/her commercial potential through contacts with existing clients and by developing intelligent sourcing within his/her network.

PROFILE
You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, with at least a first experience in recruitment (industrial field or IT field).
You are organised, persevering and experienced in the various techniques of sourcing and searching for candidates. Ideally, you have already worked in a consulting firm in Belgium or France.
You are bilingual NL/FR and fluent in English.
You are recognized for your leadership and your ability to federate, with the ambition to take on new challenges, and you have very good interpersonal skills.
