With a university degree of excellence, you have at least 3 years of experience in a consulting firm. You are fluent in both French and Dutch. (preference native NL)
You have already had the opportunity to work on operational strategy, transformation organization review projects and ideally have a first knowledge of the service sector.
Subtle, entrepreneurial and innovative, you are driven by deep human-oriented visions and are able to challenge and advise your clients.
Very curious and a true team player, you like to move forward collectively by discovering and testing new ideas.

Mission
We are looking for talented individuals who will have at heart to carry out diversified and innovative missions in co-construction with our clients, mainly from the Transport, Retail and Energy sectors.
Within the firm’s Belgian subsidiary, located in Brussels, you will be involved in projects such as: transformation, organization review, operations excellence, marketing, digital strategy, change management, etc.
You will assist our clients in all their projects, from the strategic framework to the operational implementation and work directly with the Partners of the firm.
You will develop the client relationship on a daily basis in order to perpetuate it in a spirit of partnership.
You develop and lead a network of internal and external actors and skills to develop your impact in this start-up ecosystem.
