Your Mission

As part of our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and revenue by promoting our consulting and audit services across:

• Innovation financing (R&D payroll tax exemption, IP Box, public grants, innovation management)
• Employer social charges optimisation
• Real estate tax (cadastral income, property tax)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and targeting private companies and public entities
• Building strong relationships with C-level stakeholders (Finance, HR, R&D)
• Understanding client priorities and designing tailored solutions
• Drafting and negotiating commercial proposals and contracts
• Responding to public tenders

To support your growth, we offer a comprehensive onboarding and training programme covering sales techniques, client advisory, our solutions portfolio, performance tracking, and CRM (Hubspot).

What You Bring

• Higher education in Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• Native Dutch speaker with working proficiency in French
• Proven experience in B2B sales of high-value services
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re curious, adaptable, and ready to co-develop new services
