Your Mission
This is a hybrid role, combining project oversight and hands-on delivery. You’ll ensure dossiers progress accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Collect, verify and organize client documentation (payroll data, org charts, financial inputs, etc.).
- Manage65% of the BU’s client & service portfolio, ensuring internal deadlines are met and dossiers move through key milestones (kick-offs, reviews, filings).
- Proactively track bottlenecks and report them to the BU Partner; challenge delivery quality if needed.
Cross-functional Support
- Step in to support transversal company projects (e.g. system improvements, sales operations, reporting processes, etc.) when needed.
- Contribute to internal coordination, knowledge management and operational improvements.
