Your Mission
We are looking for a senior financial & tax project manager who can drive delivery excellence while also coordinating the work of junior consultants and building process maturity within the BU. You’ll act as the operational backbone of the Tax Business Unit.
This position is also designed as a strategic stepping stone to BU or subsidiary leadership: the right candidate will progressively take over responsibilities for leading a self-standing business unit, with full visibility on performance and potential team growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management (50%)
- Oversee a portfolio of client engagements (tax advisory, R&D tax credits, payroll optimisation, subsidies, etc.) from kickoff to final filing.
- Review, structure and validate financial inputs and deliverables in collaboration with consultants and clients.
- Ensure internal deadlines are met; proactively identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
- Act as the operational guarantor ofaccuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction on assigned files.
Team & Delivery Coordination (40%)
- Guide and support junior and mid-level consultants on planning, workload allocation, and quality standards.
- Mentor team members in financial and tax topics; serve as point of reference for complex dossiers.
- Act as an interface between Tax BU and other internal departments (Sales, IT, Innovation/R&D Delivery).
- Monitor operational KPIs and report performance directly to the Partner or Group Leadership.
Cross-functional & Strategic Support (10%)
- Lead or contribute to transversal projects such as internal process improvement, reporting automation, resource planning or client onboarding redesign.
- Take part in strategic discussions regardingteam scaling, BU structure and client segmentation.
- Prepare to progressively take leadership over your own BU or subsidiary, including people, process and performance management.
